Statewide Grain Cleaning can assist you with all your harvest screening and cleaning requirements, as well as your seed grading needs.
Harvest screening and dockage work
With four cleaners available, Statewide Grain Cleaning has a cleaner to suit your harvest capacity. Whether it is the Nufab 24, or 12 screener or Westrup, we pride ourselves on keeping your harvest moving. If you require aspiration, screening or scalping, we have the machine for you.
The Nufab 24 is a custom-built machine capable of cleaning up to 150tph. Powered by a 220hp diesel motor and fitted with 11 inch augers, it can fill a road train in 25 minutes.
Many larger growers are excluded from value adding their grain in the paddock at harvest due to the amount of grain coming off each hour. This means missing out on premiums, paying inflated prices at fixed plants or storing and double handling after harvest. We can help you deal with it immediately, achieving the best returns.
On-farm cleaning, along with being extremely economical, allows you to retain control of your grain at all times, and retain your seconds.

Seed Grading
Statewide Grain Cleaning utilises our fully electric, custom built two barrel, 12 screen mobile grain cleaner fitted with a peg drum for seed grading.
Peg drum to remove whiskers from barley and tails from oats prior to cleaning.
Powerful aspirator gently lifts off light weight material and grain with indentation (frosted) as well as dust and weeds.
Screened and scalped to remove undersize grain and oversized product including straw, white heads, backbones and rocks.
Once the seed has left the machine we can apply your seed dressing. We allow you to procure your own dressing of choice to save costs.
Normal throughputs are:
Wheat 35tph.
Barley 30tph.
Oats 25tph.
Up to 300 tonnes per day.
